基本说明

反冲式自清洗过滤器用于过滤和拦截低粘度液体中的颗粒杂质。它优秀的结构设计和自动清洁的功能为用户带来了稳定可靠的操控性能,同时也大幅度消减了运行维护费用。

反冲式自清洗过滤器采用线隙式或超级编织网式不锈钢滤芯,内部集成多只楔形滤元过滤精度从303000微米,同时保证了工艺介质中污染颗粒的高滤除率。当过滤器监测到滤芯污堵时就会启动在线自动清洗过程,在此清洗过程中并不影响过滤器出口液流的连续性。

有多种不同规格大小的过滤器可供选择,单台反冲洗过滤器能够处理的流量可达8000m3/h

灵活的材质和部件的不同组合以及可单独调整的控制参数使这种反冲自清洗过滤器能够应用于各种领域。

Basic Specification:

Backwash self-cleaning filters are applied to filter and intercept particulate impurities in low-viscosity liquids. Its excellent structure design and automatic cleaning function bring stable and reliable operation performance to users, but also greatly reduce the cost of operation and maintenance.

The backwash self-cleaning filter is made of wire-gap or super-braided stainless steel mesh filter element, which integrates several wedge-shaped filter elements. The filtering accuracy is from 30 to 3000 microns, and thus the high filtration rate of contaminated particles in the process medium is guaranteed. When the filter detects the filter plug, it will start the online automatic cleaning process, which does not affect the continuity of the liquid flow at the outlet of the filter.

There are alternative filters of many kinds with different sizes. The maximum handle flow rate of a single backwash filter can be 8000m3/h.

Flexible materials, different combinations of components and control parameters individually adjusted, make it can be applied in various fields.

结构及工作原理


    反冲式自清洗过滤器主要组件有:电机、电控箱、控制管路、主管组件、滤网组件、框架组件、传动轴、进出口连接法兰等

    过滤过程:反冲式自清洗过滤器液体从过滤器进口流入,部分液体直接从滤元下端进入过滤器,另一部分从中间分流管中进入过滤器顶部后,再从滤网上端流入,液体从滤网上下开口同时流入,透过滤网内表面在出口汇集流出。颗粒杂质被拦截在滤网内表面,累积成滤饼,使进出口之间压差逐渐变大,表明滤饼达到一定厚度,此时滤网通量逐渐减小。

    反冲洗过程当达到设定压差或时间,自清洗动作启动,减速电机驱动反冲洗转臂对准一支或一组滤网,滤网上端被封住,下端连接到清洗吸嘴,打开反冲洗阀,将滤网与排污管接通,滤网外侧与排污口之间的压差驱使滤出清液反向流动冲洗滤网内表面滤饼,并排入排污管道。一支/组滤元反冲洗完毕后,关闭反冲洗阀,清洗转臂对准下一支/组滤网进行反冲洗。滤网被逐支/组反冲洗后,整个过程完成。

    定位功能减速电机驱动转轴上安装有定位盘及清洗转臂,定位盘上的每个定位孔分布与每根滤网完全对应,清洗转臂与其中一个定位孔对应,定位孔到达定位传感器感应通道时,定位传感器输出信号使电机停止转动,清洗转臂已对准一支滤元,反冲洗阀打开数秒后关闭,清洗完成,电机继续运转,下一个定位孔再次将定位传感器导通,电机停止后清洗下一支滤元。

Structure and working principal:

The recoiling-type self-cleaning filter are mainly composed of motor, electric cabinet, control pipe, main pipe, strainer, frame, transmission shaft, inlet and outlet connecting flange, etc.

Filtration process: the liquid flows into the filter from the inlet of the filter, part of the liquid enters the filter directly from the lower end of the filter element, and another part enters the top of the filter from the middle splitter pipe, and then flows into the upper end of the strainer. The liquid flows into the upper and lower openings of the filter net simultaneously, and flows out through the inner surface of the filter net at the outlet. Particle impurities are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter net and accumulate into filter cake, which gradually increases the pressure difference between inlet and outlet, indicating that the filter cake reaches a certain thickness and the flux of the filter net gradually decreases.

Backwash process: when it reaches the pre-set pressure difference or time, self-cleaning action starts. The deceleration motor driven back flush jib aligns at a or a set of mesh, the strainer is sealed, the upper bottom is connected to the suction nozzle cleaning, the back flush valve is opened, and strainer and drainage pipe is connected. The pressure difference between the outlet of the strainer and discharging outlet drives filter reverse flow to flush filter cake on the inner surface, and into the sewage pipe. After the backwashing of one filter unit/group is completed, the backwashing valve is closed and the cleaning arm align the next filter unit/group for backwashing. The whole process is completed after each filter is backwashed.

Positioning function: positioning plate and cleaning arm are installed on the drive shaft of deceleration motor, every location hole distributed on the plate complete compliance with each strainer, so does the cleaning jib and one positioning hole. When positioning hole arrives at the induction channel of positioning sensors, positioning sensor output signal to stop the motor, and meanwhile, cleaning arm has aligned a filter element, the flush valve opens for several seconds then closes. And cleaning is completed, the motor continues working with a positioning hole conduction with positioning sensors again, then motor stops, and the next filter element cleaning starts.
